North-South Highway

"Only with involvement of economic potential of Artsakh it is possible to make the country more wealthy, to increase well-being of people. And for this purpose, together with the humanitarian aid, aimed investments are needed to NKR economy's branches. Today these two processes should proceed in parallel. If in Artsakh due to humanitarian aid of Diaspora with the assistance of "Hayastan" All Armenian Fund we built the North-South highway, then this road has not only military-strategic value, but also a big economic importance. The highway will make an infrastructure, which will influence on the development of the economic complex of NKR and on the various directions of business".
